Every single Mother experiences transformation as a result of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Yet most new mums never receive the support they need to navigate this complex process, whilst also Mothering their children.
The focus is nearly always entirely on the beautiful new baby. Leaving mums exhausted, depleted, and struggling with things like mastitis, pelvic floor problems, relationship issues, and often an identity crisis around their own purpose and capabilities.
Motherhood can feel SO overwhelming, and it was never meant to be this way.
Which is why I work with Mothers. Because after having a baby, you're meant to feel loved, honoured and cherished by those around you. You're meant to have the support you need, the companionship you crave, and the magic you imagined.
This is why I hold you and care for you, as you find your way in Motherhood. Because you were never meant to walk the path of Motherhood alone.

In home postpartum doula service
I offer in home postpartum doula services across Melbourne. Think, Nourishing food. Soothing massage and bodywork. Restorative movement. Supportive and reassuring chats. Take time to recuperate and recover after giving birth. Give yourself permission to rest and to heal, to be cared for as an individual and as a new mother in a safe, gentle, non-judgemental way.
The Motherbody way community
The Motherbody Way online community is a movement towards reclaiming reverence for your postpartum body and the lost rites of Motherhood.
Combining an integrative approach to healing for postpartum (be it 6 weeks, 12 months, or 2 or more years) women are supported and educated to heal from pelvic floor issues, core injuries, c-section scars, as well as learning postpartum specific healing protocols for nourishment, injury prevention and recovery.

An online on demand Postnatal Pilates course particularly for postpartum core recovery - pelvic floor, pelvis, and abdominal rehabilitation. We work slowly on your core connection to help you safely and consciously build strength in your body from the inside out. Ideally you do this AFTER your baby is born and BEFORE returning to regular exercise. It also doubles up as the perfect mama blessing or baby shower gift! (One that keeps on giving).
